What the academy is
Hospitality Academy is a training and procedure platform for hotel teams. It holds the courses a hotel employee needs for their role, the standard operating procedures their department works to, the assessments that check they can do the work, and the certificates that record it.
How the content is written
Content starts from the procedure as it is performed, not from a textbook. A draft is written with the department it describes, reviewed internally, and only then published. Each procedure carries an author, an approver, an effective date and a review date. When it changes, the previous version stays readable so an auditor can see what was in force at any point in time.
Arabic and English as equals
Every course, lesson, procedure and public page exists in Arabic and in English as separate, edited content. The Arabic interface is a right-to-left layout, not an English layout flipped. A learner can change language at any point without losing their progress.
What we do not claim
The academy does not publish success statistics, pass rates, employer endorsements or accreditation claims on this site. Where a certificate is issued, what it records is precisely stated: who completed which course, on what date, with what score, and whether it remains valid. Anything beyond that would be a claim we cannot evidence, so we do not make it.
