What is collected
For a learner: name, work email, mobile number where provided, employer, property, department, job role, and the learning record itself, which covers enrolments, lesson progress, assessment attempts and scores, certificates and procedure acknowledgements.
Why it is collected
To deliver training, to record whether it was completed, to issue and verify certificates, and to let an employer see the compliance position for their own workforce. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
Procedure acknowledgements
An acknowledgement records the user, the exact procedure version, the timestamp and the originating network address. This is deliberate: an acknowledgement that cannot be tied to a person, a version and a moment is not evidence of anything.
Who can see a learning record
The learner, their line manager, their department, property and organization administrators within the same organization, and an academy administrator. No organization can see another organization data.
Retention
Learning records and certificates are retained while the account is active and afterwards for as long as the issuing organization requires them for audit. A certificate record is retained indefinitely so that verification keeps working.
Your requests
A learner may request a copy of their record or a correction to it through their employer administrator or by contacting the academy directly.
