جائزہ

When several guests need you at once, the order in which you act matters. This course, built from the Dyafa Hotels & Resorts training deck, shows colleagues how to decide quickly and fairly what comes first.

You will learn why priority depends on need and impact rather than on who speaks loudest, how to assess each request from three angles, the quick questions to ask before acting, the four priority levels, what to do and avoid when requests pile up, how to track every request to closure and when to ask the team for support.

اکثر پوچھے جانے والے سوالات

Two requests have the same priority. Which do I serve first?

When priority is equal, serve the guest who has waited longer.

Is it acceptable to do a quick request before a bigger one?

Yes, complete a quick request if it does not delay the urgent one.

Once I delegate a request, is it finished for me?

No. Delegation does not mean forgetting. Follow up until you are sure the request is completed.
