جائزہ

Guests arrive with different greetings, languages, customs and expectations. What they all share is the right to be treated with respect. This course, built from the Dyafa Hotels & Resorts training deck, shows hotel colleagues how to serve every guest fairly without guessing or stereotyping.

You will learn why respect makes every guest feel welcome, the three common areas of difference, five respectful service steps and four respectful phrases. You will also learn what to do and avoid in every interaction, how to handle a misunderstanding, and when to ask your supervisor for support.

اکثر پوچھے جانے والے سوالات

Do I need to know the customs of every culture?

No. The deck says the goal is to understand the guest, not to memorise every culture in the world. Notice politely, then ask instead of assuming.

Should I offer to shake hands with every guest?

Not automatically. Handshaking or not is one of the common differences. Ask, or follow the guest's lead, before shaking hands or giving physical help.

What should I do if a guest feels offended?

Stay calm and respectful, apologise for the misunderstanding, ask what they prefer and correct the service. If the guest feels insulted or discriminated against, ask your supervisor for support.
