Mga madalas itanong

Does balance mean I must split my time equally?

No. The course teaches that balance is not perfection: it means giving enough time to work, rest, health and life, according to what your life needs.

My shifts change every week. Can I still plan?

Yes. Know your roster early, protect sleep first, then place family and health time around it, and review the plan whenever the schedule changes.

Who should I talk to if I feel I cannot carry on?

Start with your supervisor about your schedule and a person you trust, speak to a doctor or specialist when needed, and seek urgent help if you feel in danger.
