Course description

Travelling with children can be tiring for parents, who are watching over safety and comfort all the time. This course shows hotel colleagues how to welcome children as real guests, direct every decision to the parents and offer practical support that lets the whole family relax.

Built on the Dyafa Hotels & Resorts training deck, it follows four simple actions: Welcome, Ask parents, Assist and Protect. You will learn respectful ways to speak with children, what to offer at arrival, in the room, in the restaurant and when moving around, and how to put safety first however busy you are.

Each lesson ends with a short scenario quiz so you can check your judgement before your next family arrival.
